Lyssa
Lyssa Jones is the heart of Bliss, Iowa—a savvy business owner, amateur sleuth, and fiercely loyal friend. She runs The Magpie, a vintage shop on the Riverwalk, while her growing online store puts Bliss on the map. Her late father, legendary music promoter Jimi Jones, still offers unsolicited ghostly advice, whether she wants it or not. Lyssa’s best friends, Holly Bliss and Cara Reed, often get pulled into her mystery-solving adventures, earning them the nickname the Bliss Ghostbusters. At home, she shares the Jones Mansion with her aunt Maybee and her black cat, Trouble, while babysitting her blind Australian shepherd “niece,” Stevie Nicks. Smart, resourceful, and quick on her feet, Lyssa will do anything for the people she loves. Between running her shop and uncovering small-town secrets, she always seems to find herself in the middle of trouble—whether she’s looking for it or not.
